Delivery Methods
We offer two delivery methods: home delivery via Bpost and free Click & Collect in our stores. Please select your preferred option during checkout.
Delivery Time
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Delivery time is usually 2 to 4 business days for home delivery.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order. Click & Collect is always free.
Returns Policy
You have 14 calendar days to return your purchase from the date you received it. Returned products must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us by email at info@supergabygames.be with your order number and reason for return. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Exceptions
Some items cannot be returned, such as digital products (e.g. downloadable games), consumables, and clearance items. These are clearly indicated on the product page.
